Outsourcing Email Program for Network Marketing Company

Wow... the system we use to manage our entire company automatically opt's out
everyone that purchases an Affiliate Kit to become Independent Distributors of our product.
I tried to bring in a good list to constant contact and upon review they refuse to let
us use their program.

Is anyone aware of an outside program that does accept Network Marketing orgainizations?
WE need a very good service that get's through to our affiliates yet allows them to opt-out.
One that would keep track of the percentage of opens click throughs etc.

What is your list?  I may know someone with a program that you could use, but it might be overkill for your needs.
